Clears the working zone. Cylinder rod specification: 55 HRC surface-hardened stock on main boom and dipper. Static load hold test on site: zero measurable drift over 20 minutes with a full bucket suspended at 1.2-metre depth. Factory inspection card inside the cab confirmed this specification — rod hardness noted, serial-matched, signed. Ground vibration at 1-metre offset during bucket pull through compacted gravel fill: 3.1mm/s peak. Below the 5mm/s contract limit. Result achieved without reducing throttle below 85%. AUXILIARY CIRCUIT APPROVAL The contract specification required the machine to accept a hydraulic compaction plate for backfill. Compaction plate rated draw: 48 L/min. H-15F auxiliary port flow at site: 56 L/min measured with calibrated meter. Compaction plate ran at full impact frequency throughout backfill operations. Factory test card showed 58 L/min at delivery. Loss of 2 L/min over operating hours — within acceptable degradation for a compact excavator for sale in commercial service.
